San Antonio – August 2015 – Wedding Market Expo

Over the last few years August has been a reset month for Big Box Pro. We take some time to reflect on the last 12 months of business and make changes to better serve our bides and grooms. A major resource we lean on is Wedding Market Expo. 2015 was the 3rd year we have been a part of the event. Our job there is to shoot video and help market the expo. The past two years have been in Austin and this year Granberry HillsGranberry Hills | (210) 590-8067 of San Antonio hosted the event.
A day at Wedding Market Expo is packed with animated speakers with knowledge to share. One of my favorites is the husband and wife team of Cheryl Bailey and her husband Shea Bailey. Last year was the first time I saw their presentation. Their company Wedding Industry Rescue is well versed in how to make your site rank better. They are just one example of the many great speakers at WME.
We found out there is a new bride guide online. Tammy Elliot from Perfect Wedding Guide presented and we enjoyed what she had to say. In her presentation she taught wedding business owners how to take care of the back end. It was great to hear someone passionate about a part of the business that is usually very boring. Thanks Tammy for all the information. We hopped over to Perfect Wedding Guide and were happy to add our business profile to your bridal service site.

Bridal Marketing Tip
Truth, many new brides cant read cursive. How did this happen? Somewhere after graduating high-school and now our education system has yanked the art of cursive writing. So your millennial bride spent time learning power-point and missed scrip writing and as a result you can no longer expect your target audience can read your pretty marketing material.
